Initial Cleaning: An initial cleaning is a good first step to determine the baseline expectation that each client requires. Cleaning performed by our professionals for the first time, will be more intricate than regular maintenance cleanings to bring the areas in question to the desired baseline level. During this time we take notes and develop a cleaning plan that fits within your lifestyle and budget.

Level One - For your home to rate as a 1 on our cleanliness scale, it has to be extremely clean.

1. A home that is a 1 is cleaned on a daily basis and has very little dust, dirt, or grime throughout it. These types of homes will require a small amount of time and attention from our Cleaning professionals.

2. Ordinary Tidiness indicators Same as Level 1 with the following exceptions, there can be up to two-days worth of dust, dirt, stains, or streaks on floors and baseboards

3. Dust, smudges, and fingerprints are noticeable on vertical and horizontal surfaces Level 

Level Two - Homes that rank as a 2 on our cleanliness scale are typically cleaned on a weekly basis and are not very dirty. Instead, they have a very normal amount of dust and build up dirtiness from the week.

1. Casual Inattention indicators

2.  Floors are swept or vacuumed clean, but upon close observation, there can be stains.

3.  A buildup of dirt and/or floor finish in corners and along walls can be seen.

4. There are dull spots and/or matted carpet in walking lanes.

5. There are streaks or splashes on baseboards

6.  All vertical and horizontal surfaces have obvious dust, dirt, marks, smudges, and fingerprints.

Level Three - A home ranking 3  is also one of the most common among our customers. Homes that rank as a 3 have only been cleaned every few weeks/every month in the past. These homes are quite dirty and require a deep cleaning from our Cleaning professionals to get them back in the best condition.

1. Moderate Dinginess indicators

2. Floors are swept or vacuumed clean, but are dull, dingy, and stained. There is a noticeable buildup of dirt and/or floor finish in corners and along walls.

3. There is a dull path and/or obviously matted carpet in the walking lanes. Baseboards are dull and dingy with streaks or splashes. 

4. All vertical and horizontal surfaces have conspicuous dust, dirt, marks, smudges, and fingerprints. Lamp fixtures are dirty.

5. Trash containers are stained and marked. 

Level Four - Homes that rank as a four are very dirty. These homes require a very deep cleaning from our Cleaning professionals and will be priced higher. If a home ranks as a 4, it will also demand much more time from our professionals, meaning that your cleaning service will take longer. 

1. Unkempt Neglect indicators 

2. Floors and carpets are dull, dirty, scuffed, and/or matted. There is a buildup of old dirt in corners and along walls. Base molding is dirty, stained, and streaked

3. Stains, dirt, dust balls, and trash are broadcast.

4. All vertical and horizontal surfaces have major accumulations of dust, dirt, smudges, and fingerprints, all of which will be difficult to remove

5. Lack of attention is obvious

6. Light fixtures are dirty with dust balls and flies

7. Trash containers overflow and are stained and marked

8. Carpet Cleaning is highly recommended.
